My wife and I are fortunate to have worked with Edgar Rodriguez of Tri-Con Build for our renovation project. From the project's start, he was enthusiastic, and confident in his ability to carry out our designer's ideas. He also accommodated small custom additions my wife and I requested for our closets, garage and other small spaces. Hearing our desire for better lighting, for example, he suggested specific ways he and his team could provide such upgrades throughout our home. When available technology could improve the renovation design in other ways, he provided that option.

Shortly after the initial walk-through with our designer explaining the project's scope, Edgar presented us with the timeline required to carry out the work, as well as its projected cost. My wife and I could see clearly how the length of time, as well as the cost, had been determined. The proposed timeline was shaped by the number of rooms undergoing renovation, the arrival of specific materials, as well as by our complex's parking constraints. Edgar remained undaunted. He scheduled specialists and tradesmen for their on-site visits, so that limited parking did not inconvenience any of them nor any of our neighbors. Once work got underway, Edgar invited my wife and I to stop by any time to see the progress. He also emailed regular updates and posted daily photos.

Thanks to Edgar Rodriguez's attention-to-detail and can-do attitude, in addition to his professional expertise, our renovation project proceeded smoothly.
